Micron begins production of HBM3E for Nvidia's latest AI chip H200

Micron Technology has begun mass-producing high-bandwidth memory semiconductors for Nvidia's latest AI chip, the H200. The HBM3E chip uses 30% less power than competing products, helping to meet growing demand for chips that power generative AI applications.
