Zhixin Semiconductor launches self-packaged silicon carbide module

Zhixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 as a joint venture between Dongfeng Motor Corporation and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Semiconductor. The company focuses on the research and development, manufacturing and sales of automotive-grade power semiconductor modules. In November 2023, the company successfully launched its own packaged silicon carbide module and completed the application aging test. The module is based on Dongfeng Group's "Mach Power" new generation 800V high-voltage platform.
