Micron's new packaging and testing plant in Xi'an is about to start production

Micron announced that its new packaging and testing plant in Xi'an will be put into production in the second half of 2025. The new plant will be used to manufacture a wider range of product solutions, including mobile DRAM, NAND and SSD, thereby expanding the existing DRAM packaging and testing capabilities of the Xi'an plant.
