Jishengwei completed its A round of financing to accelerate the development of silicon carbide industry

On December 24, according to Huaxin Capital, Jishengwei (Shanghai) Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Jishengwei) recently completed its Series A financing, which was jointly invested by 12 institutions including Rockchip Investment, Shenzhen Capital Group, and Wuxi Venture Capital. Jishengwei is committed to the research and development, production and manufacturing of key equipment components and consumables of the silicon carbide semiconductor industry chain, such as SiC materials, SiC-based focusing rings, shower plates and wafer boats. It is located in the middle and upper reaches of the industry chain and has completed the development of components and consumables for multiple processes such as etching, diffusion, epitaxy, and rapid thermal processing.
