Micron launches 8-layer stacked 24GB HBM3E memory

Micron plans to start shipping 8-layer stacked 24GB HBM3E memory in the second quarter of 2024. This memory is designed for high-performance computing and graphics processing, with the characteristics of high bandwidth, low latency and low power consumption.
