Leapmotor adopts battery chassis integration (CTC) technology

On January 10, 2024, Leapmotor announced that the new model C10, which will be launched in March, will be equipped with Leapmotor CTC2.0 technology. This technology can achieve a volume utilization rate of 79%, reduce the number of parts by 28%, reduce the cost of structural parts by 27%, increase the torsional rigidity of the whole vehicle by 48%, increase the lightweight level of the system by 15%, and achieve no fire, no explosion, and no heat diffusion for 720 seconds.
