Jetta Semiconductor has two major factories in Shanghai Lingang New Area and Xuhui District.

Jetta Semiconductor currently has two factories in Shanghai Lingang New Area and Xuhui District. The total production capacity of these factories includes 70,000 6-inch wafers/month, 110,000 8-inch wafers/month, 50,000 12-inch wafers/month, and 30,000 silicon carbide wafers/month. These production capacities will provide support and services for core chips such as power devices and automotive electronics.
