In 2023, Arctic Core released the intelligent processing chip "Qiming 930" based on heterogeneous chiplet integration and the first chiplet interface PB Link based on the domestic "Chiplet Interconnection Interface Standard". The company said that the funds from this round of financing will mainly be used for the development of next-generation general-purpose chiplets and functional chiplets.
