TSMC's CoWoS capacity is insufficient, Nvidia turns to Samsung

Due to the surge in demand for artificial intelligence chips and TSMC's insufficient CoWoS production capacity, Nvidia chose Samsung as its 2.5D packaging service provider. Samsung promised to allocate sufficient manpower to the AVP team and provide its self-designed intermediate layer wafer solution.
