Samsung Electronics plans to start mass production of sixth-generation 10nm-class DRAM in December this year

Samsung Electronics plans to accept customer certification and start mass production of the sixth-generation 10nm-class DRAM in December this year. This product will use cutting-edge extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography process, which can achieve higher net dies (the number of chips that can be produced per wafer) and improve power efficiency compared with the previous fifth-generation 10nm-class products.
