Silicon Labs' SiC project is about to go into production

The SiC project of Silicon Labs is completing the installation and commissioning of some equipment and is about to go into production. After the project goes into production, it will be able to produce 100,000 silicon carbide epitaxial wafers and JBS and MOSFET power chips annually, achieving annual sales revenue of approximately RMB 300 million and tax revenue of RMB 15 million.
