ROHM and Toshiba collaborate on silicon carbide and silicon power semiconductor devices

Rohm and Toshiba announced that they will cooperate in the production of silicon carbide (SiC) and silicon (Si) power semiconductor devices, supported by the Japanese government. The project aims to increase supply capacity with a total investment of 388.3 billion yen, of which 129.4 billion yen is supported by the government.
