Brite Semiconductor Launches IPO on the Science and Technology Innovation Board

Brite Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. officially launched its IPO on March 20, planning to be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board. The company plans to publicly issue 30 million shares, accounting for 25% of the total share capital, and intends to raise 600 million yuan. Brite Semiconductor was established in July 2008 and focuses on providing one-stop chip customization services. It has independently developed SoC customization design technology and semiconductor IP development technology.
