Hanmi Semiconductor receives 22.6 billion won order from Micron

Hanmi Semiconductor has received an order worth 22.6 billion won (about 121 million yuan) from Micron Technology to provide TC bonding machines for manufacturing HBM chips. Analysts believe that Hanmi Semiconductor is expected to achieve further growth as demand for semiconductors grows.
