Recently, Yangzhou Yangjie Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed the IGBT and SiC module packaging project for new energy vehicles at the New Year's signing ceremony for advanced manufacturing projects in Weiyang Economic Development Zone, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, with an annual tax payment of 15 million yuan. It focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of automotive-grade IGBT modules and SiC MOSFET modules.
