NAURA achieves breakthrough in third-generation semiconductor business

North Huachuang has made a breakthrough in its third-generation semiconductor business, with the capacity to deliver 300 6-inch silicon carbide crystal growth furnaces per month, and has developed three models of 8-inch silicon carbide crystal growth equipment. It has sold nearly 200 silicon carbide epitaxial furnaces and etchers.
