Amkor invests $2 billion to build new packaging and testing facility in Arizona

Amkor announced that it will invest $2 billion to build a new advanced semiconductor packaging and testing facility in Peoria, Arizona, U.S. The facility will package and test chips produced by the nearby TSMC factory and is expected to start production in the next two to three years.
