BYD establishes advanced technology R&D center, focusing on AI algorithms and infrastructure

BYD recently established an advanced technology research and development center with a team of about 500 people, focusing on the research of technologies and platforms such as AI algorithms, AI infrastructure, and large models. The newly established center aims to provide computing power and technical support for BYD's smart driving, smart cockpit, dual mode (DM technology) and other businesses.
