UMC wins big order from Qorvo, Apple's RF power amplifier supplier

Wafer foundry giant UMC recently received a large order from Qorvo, Apple's RF power amplifier supplier, with an estimated wafer output of tens of thousands of pieces. This is the second time that UMC has won a foundry order for key chips needed by Apple after it supplied Apple with driver-related chips for Novatek.
