Keyou Semiconductor signs a 200 million yuan long-term contract with a European company

Recently, Keyou Semiconductor, a domestic silicon carbide (SiC) substrate manufacturer, signed a long-term order worth more than 200 million yuan with a well-known European international company. Keyou Semiconductor's products have passed the customer's preliminary verification and are currently being scheduled for production. The company uses a self-developed resistive SiC crystal growth furnace to produce 8-inch products with a high yield and low overall cost, which is competitive in the international market.
