Tianjin Zhengxin Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and focuses on the design, research and development, and production of products such as semiconductor laser chips and composite ceramic heat sinks. On November 30, the company signed a project agreement with Haining with a total investment of 500 million yuan, including a fixed asset investment of approximately 415 million yuan.
