The "fiber crystal" heat-free high-strength and high-toughness aluminum alloy developed by Suzhou Huijin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviation: Huijin Technology) helped Jikrypton's one-piece die-casting technology win the first prize of the "2024 China Society of Automotive Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award" award". The application of this new aluminum alloy material on the rear-end aluminum body of Jikrypton Automobile completely eliminates the traditional heat treatment strengthening process in the production process of parts. The yield strength of die-casting parts is increased by more than 10%, the deformation is reduced by 16%, and the 11% bending stiffness, and successfully reduced nearly 800 welding points, significantly improving the production efficiency of the entire process.
