Renesas Electronics Releases Next-Generation Automotive Multi-Domain Fusion SoC R-Car X5 Series

Renesas Electronics, a global semiconductor solutions provider, has launched a new generation of automotive multi-domain fusion SoC - the R-Car X5 series, which supports multiple in-vehicle applications such as advanced driver assistance systems, in-vehicle infotainment systems, and gateway applications. As the first product in the series, the R-Car X5H SoC uses a 3nm automotive-grade process, providing high performance and high integration, helping OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers transform to centralized ECUs. The product also supports Chiplet expansion to improve AI and graphics processing performance.
