TSMC uses multiple patterning method to achieve 1.6nm process

TSMC revealed in its latest research and development progress that by adopting a multiple exposure method, the company has successfully achieved the goal of achieving a 1.6nm process on an existing EUV lithography machine. This breakthrough technology will bring higher production efficiency and lower costs to the semiconductor industry.
