Japan's SkyDrive expands air taxi business in South Carolina

SkyDrive, a Japanese electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft developer, is expanding its potential air taxi business in South Carolina, USA, and has signed a memorandum of understanding with one of the state's largest private jet charter companies. The memorandum includes the sale of up to 10 SKYDRIVE eVTOL aircraft. In addition, SkyDrive has also signed a memorandum of understanding with SAI Flight and Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU) to explore commercial application opportunities for SKYDRIVE eVTOL aircraft.
