Ruima Precision plans to issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors, with a total amount of funds raised not exceeding 680 million yuan, which will be used for automobile air suspension system and component production and construction projects, seat system integration and component production and construction projects, and to supplement working capital. This move will help improve the company's main business scale, market competitiveness and profitability.
