Newton Group cancels strategic investment in Evergrande Auto

Newton Group decided to terminate its strategic investment in Evergrande Auto, and originally planned to provide an investment of approximately US$500 million and a transition fund of RMB 600 million. This fund was once regarded as Evergrande Auto's "life-saving money" to support daily operations and production activities.
