Thailand's Khon Kaen International Airport welcomes AION ES taxi delivery ceremony

On May 25, a grand ceremony was held at Khon Kaen International Airport in Thailand to celebrate the delivery of 200 AION ES taxis (the first batch of 50). This is another milestone after the delivery of 500 taxis at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport in February. GAC Aion and EVME, a subsidiary of PTT of Thailand, jointly organized this event to promote the full electrification of Thailand's taxi industry. AION ES has won wide acclaim in Thailand for its excellent performance and environmental protection concept, and it is expected to replace 1,000 fuel taxis by the end of the year.
