Huaxin Microelectronics successfully put into production the first 6-inch GaAs wafer production line

Zhuhai Huaxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huaxin Microelectronics) announced that its first 6-inch GaAs wafer production line has been officially put into operation and produced the first 6-inch 2um GaAs HBT wafer. It is expected to achieve large-scale mass production in the first half of 2025. The wafer has the characteristics of high gain and high efficiency, and is suitable for advanced 5G Phase 7/8 mobile phone power amplifier modules and Wi-Fi 6/7 devices.
