The third phase of the National Integrated Circuit Industry Fund was established

National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund III Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "National Big Fund III") was registered and established on May 24, 2024. The registered capital is 344 billion yuan, which is more than the sum of the first phase (98.72 billion yuan) and the second phase (204.15 billion yuan). The Big Fund III has 19 shareholders, and the Ministry of Finance is its largest shareholder, holding 17.44% of the shares.
