SemiDrive Technology launches full-scenario automotive chip products

As a leader in domestic full-scenario automotive chips, CoreDrive Technology, invested by Lenovo Capital, a subsidiary of Lenovo Group, has products covering smart cockpits, smart driving, central gateways and high-performance MCUs. Among them, the high-performance and high-reliability automotive MCU E3 is based on ARM Cortex-R5F, with a functional safety level of ASIL D, a temperature level that supports AEC-Q100 Grade 1, a CPU main frequency of up to 800MHz, and up to 6 CPU cores, filling the gap in the domestic high-end and high-safety level automotive MCU market.
