Longsys' self-developed SLC NAND Flash storage chips have shipped over 100 million pieces

Chinese memory chip manufacturer Longsys recently announced that the shipment of its self-developed SLC NAND Flash memory chips has exceeded 100 million. These chips are mainly used in network communication equipment, security monitoring, Internet of Things and portable devices. Longsys currently has five types of SLC NAND Flash memory chip products with capacities of 512Mb, 1Gb, 2Gb, 4Gb and 8Gb, all of which are produced using advanced processes. In addition, the company also uses multi-chip packaging technology to integrate SLC NAND storage particles with LPDDR storage particles and develop NAND based MCP products with various specifications.
