The successful tape-out of Hongqi No. 1, my country's first automotive-grade 5nm five-domain fusion chip, marks a major breakthrough in the field of automotive-grade chips for China's automotive industry. The Hongqi No. 1 chip will be installed on a variety of Hongqi brand models to provide users with a smarter and more convenient travel experience. The chip integrates five major functions: intelligent driving, cockpit, vehicle control, safety, and networking. It uses a 5nm advanced process technology and is expected to be launched on the market in January 2025.
