ACC's three major shareholders and planned production capacity

ACC is a company jointly owned by Stellantis Group, Mercedes-Benz and diversified energy company Total, each holding one-third of the shares. ACC plans to build a super battery factory in France, Germany and Italy, with an annual production capacity of 40GWh each, totaling 120GWh.
