The first batch of equipment from Wuxi Photonic Chip Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University enters the site

The first batch of equipment for the photonic chip pilot line of the Wuxi Photonic Chip Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University has entered the site. The institute is committed to the research of photonic chips and quantum technology, and has received strong support from the city of Wuxi. The equipment entering the site includes metal ICP etching equipment and laser cutting equipment, which will provide key technical support for the manufacturing of 6/8-inch wafer thin-film lithium niobate photonic chips.
