Xinling Microelectronics' 6-inch power semiconductor production line is about to go into production

Chongqing Xinling Microelectronics Co., Ltd. in Fuling High-tech Zone is stepping up the renovation of its factory and is expected to start trial production by the end of September. The company has invested about 2 billion yuan to build a production line with an annual output of 1.2 million 6-inch power semiconductor wafers. Its main products include power semiconductor chips such as IGBT and MOSFET, which are used in new energy vehicles, smart grids and other fields.
