Sanan cooperates with STMicroelectronics to complete the Chongqing 8-inch silicon carbide project

The 8-inch silicon carbide epitaxial and chip project invested and built by Sanan and STMicroelectronics in Chongqing has been fully capped. All the world's leading 8-inch production equipment and processes will be introduced, and it is planned to be put into production in the third quarter of this year. After reaching full production, it will achieve an annual output of 480,000 pieces. In addition, Sanan has invested 7 billion to build two silicon carbide substrate production lines to match the supply to STMicroelectronics.
