Germany's Schaeffler Group announces thousands of job cuts

Schaeffler Group, a German supplier of automotive and industrial products, announced on the 5th local time that it will cut about 4,700 jobs in Europe, of which about 2,800 are located in Germany. Due to the transfer of some positions, the actual number of jobs cut is about 3,700.
