Tanwei Technology releases Tempo, a new automotive-grade solid-state lidar

Tanwei Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. has released Tempo, a new automotive-grade solid-state lidar designed for smart cars. The device measures 137×45×125 mm³, is lightweight, has an ultra-long-distance detection capability of 300 meters, and has a horizontal field of view of 120° and a vertical field of view of 25°, providing a wide detection field of view. In addition, Tempo also has a high angular resolution of 0.16°×0.13°, and a point frequency of 2.76 million times in dual-echo mode, meeting the high-standard perception requirements of smart driving.
