ASML confirms it will deliver $380 million worth of high-NA EUV lithography machines to TSMC this year

Dutch semiconductor equipment manufacturer ASML has confirmed that it will deliver a $380 million high-NA EUV lithography machine to TSMC this year. This high-precision equipment will help TSMC further improve its chip manufacturing process.
