Chinese 8-inch SiC manufacturers actively deploy

Chinese companies such as Xinlian Integrated Circuit, Hesheng Silicon Industry, Silan Microelectronics, Baishi Electronics, Century Golden Core, and Nansha Wafer are actively deploying in the 8-inch SiC market. These companies plan to achieve mass production or expansion of 8-inch SiC products this year or in the next few years.
