On January 19, according to Tianyancha, Yancheng Jidian New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Xie Shibin as the legal representative and a registered capital of RMB 30 million. The company's business scope includes power generation, transmission, and power supply, emerging energy technology research and development, power facility equipment manufacturing, battery manufacturing and sales, etc. The company is jointly held by Geely's Quzhou Jidian Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Geely Intelligent Innovation Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.
