Brilliance China joins hands with Jinbei Automotive Control and TCL Ningbo to establish smart car technology joint venture

Brilliance China recently announced that it has reached a joint venture agreement with Shenyang Jinbei Automobile Industry Holdings Co., Ltd. and TCL Hengshi Tianrui Investment (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. to establish a new joint venture on December 31, 2024. The joint venture will focus on the development and manufacturing of smart cockpit and display component-related businesses in the Chinese market, with the goal of promoting the development of smart car technology.
