Sony Launches New Back-Illuminated SPAD Device

Sony has launched a new back-illuminated SPAD device that uses an advanced 10μm size and 3D stacking process. The upper chip of this SPAD device integrates the SPAD array, while the lower chip integrates the pixel circuit array and signal processing circuit.
