Recently, Guosheng successfully developed GaN-on-Si epitaxial wafers and delivered them to customers. The product was developed by the epitaxial group of the Materials Research Laboratory of the 55th Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and is mainly used in integrated circuit chips and semiconductor discrete devices.
