Jinghe Integrated recently issued an announcement, announcing that it has signed a capital increase agreement with 15 external investors on the capital increase of its wholly-owned subsidiary Wanxin Integrated, and the terms of the agreement remain consistent. In September last year, the company stated that in order to enhance Wanxin Integrated's comprehensive competitiveness in integrated circuit project research and development, market expansion, and product mass production, it will introduce external investors to jointly increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Wanxin Integrated. The announcement shows that Wanxin Integrated has successfully received all the capital increase payments paid by the capital increase parties, with a total amount of up to 9.55 billion yuan. After the capital increase was completed, Wanxin Integrated's registered capital increased to 9.589 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 200 times.
