Texas Instruments (TI) recently released a new generation of 60GHz millimeter wave (mmWave) radar sensor AWRL6844 that supports edge artificial intelligence (AI), as well as automotive microcontrollers (MCUs) and processors equipped with TI's vector-based C7x digital signal processor (DSP) core, such as AM275x-Q1 and AM62D-Q1. These new devices will help automakers improve vehicle safety and audio experience. In addition, TI has also launched the TAS6754-Q1 audio amplifier with 1L modulation technology, further reducing design complexity and system cost.
