Jifeng Holdings acquires German Grammer Group

In 2019, Jifeng Co., Ltd. successfully acquired the German century-old company Grammer Group. This acquisition enabled Jifeng Grammer Group to have more than 10 cockpit-related parts product lines, more than 60 production bases in 19 countries around the world, and more than 20,000 employees. In 2023, the group's sales exceeded RMB 21.5 billion, ranking among the top ten listed auto parts companies in China and among the top 100 auto parts companies in the world.
