Xinlian Integrated Circuit's first 8-inch SiC MOSFET production line in China begins production

In April 2024, Xinlian Integrated Circuit began to build the first 8-inch SiC MOSFET production line in China and announced the acquisition on December 30 of the same year. The company's 6-inch SiC MOSFET production capacity has reached 8,000 pieces per month, while the 8-inch IGBT and silicon-based MOSFET production capacity has reached 70,000 pieces per month. It is expected that this new production line will start mass production in 2025.
