On June 21, XinGu Micro announced that the main plant of its microwave device and module project has successfully completed the capping work. The project was launched on May 18, 2023, covering an area of ​​55 acres, with a total construction area of ​​66,000 square meters, and an estimated total investment of approximately RMB 1.1 billion. The project plan includes facilities such as microwave device plant, module plant, integrated power station, and shift dormitory. XinGu Micro is committed to the design and manufacture of RF microwave chips based on materials such as gallium arsenide (GaAs). Its products include amplifiers, microwave switches, attenuators, phase shifters, frequency multipliers, microwave modules and components, etc., which are widely used in wireless communications, radar, electronic countermeasures, guidance and other fields. After the project is put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output of 30 million chips and 20,000 sets of components. XinGu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. focuses on the research and development, design, production and sales of semiconductor microwave millimeter wave chips, microwave modules and T/R components. The company provides customers with a series of products based on GaAs and GaN compound semiconductor processes, and provides related technical development services.
